Paul started his training as a Trade Partner with Econet Wireless and was the highest-growing Partner when it became Vmobile Networks for the North West Region. Paul was highly instrumental to the success of 'PROJECT ROSE' in the North East, North West and North Central Nigeria. Paul later joined Globacom, Starcomms, Multilinks and Intercellular as Trade Partner. Whilst with them he won many awards for best performing Trade Partner Northern Region for years.

Paul ventured into the Blockchain Industry in 2015 and has since become a voice in the Ecosystem. He is well-versed in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency matters and has garnered experience providing advisory services to a lot of startups in the space. Startups like Dexage, Venhub, Cryptotvplus, Cryptohub, Bifxt, etc.

Paul was a President and Co-Promoter with a host of others; of Stakeholders In Blockchain Technology Association Of Nigeria (SIBAN). At SIBAN, Paul oversaw a large group of Talents and Startups who were working assiduously to transform Nigeria into the world's safest and biggest Blockchain space with the biggest Blockchain investments, largest Blockchain solutions, and the highest Blockchain adoption using different means possible. He is always elated to work with solution providers in solving the myriad of problems in Nigeria and indeed Africa.

Paul Ezeafulukwe was also the Executive Director, Strategy and International Finance, Bitfxt Technology Limited and also a Senior Business Development Manager with OKEx. In January 2022, Paul joined Bitget as a Senior Business Development Manager in Africa, he was a part of the team that pioneered Copy trading in Africa. He is an Advisor to projects such as Pieme, Redswan etc. He left Bitget in early 2023 to focus on a new project, 'Mitroplus Labs' where he is a working partner and a co-founder, he is currently the Chief Business Officer at Coinsher.
